  • Initial Appointment

    60 minutes

    What’s included?

    ✓ A 60 minute consultation via Telehealth

    ✓ An in depth assessment of your health history, presenting symptoms, diet, lifestyle and nutrient intake

    ✓ A thorough assessment of any current pathology results, and referrals for further testing if necessary

    ✓ Review of your current medications and supplements, with tailored advice on your supplement regimen as required.

    ✓ A personalised meal and treatment plan will be emailed to you following your appointment 

    In our first session, I’ll take the time to really get to know you - your health concerns, lifestyle, symptoms, medical history, and your relationship with food and your body. I’ll complete a full nutrition assessment and together, we’ll create a personalised plan that aligns with your goals and values. After the session, you’ll receive a tailored summary with key points, practical strategies, and any resources we discussed to support you moving forward.


    If needed, I can also write letters to your GP or other health professionals - whether it’s to request relevant pathology, keep them in the loop, or help advocate for the care you need and deserve.

  • Review Appointments

    45 minutes

    The goal is always to set you up for confident self-management - but like all lasting change, it takes time, patience, and the right support along the way.

    What’s Included

    ✓ A 45-minute follow-up consultation via Telehealth
    ✓ A thorough re-assessment of your symptoms, diet, and any requested pathology results
    ✓ Guidance on progressing dietary interventions - whether assessing the impact of targeted supplement regimens or transitioning from elimination diets toward a more balanced way of eating that your body can tolerate
    ✓ An opportunity to ask questions about your plan, with adjustments made as needed
    ✓ Accountability and ongoing support to ensure your treatment plan remains effective and sustainable

    Change doesn’t happen overnight - and you don’t have to do it alone. Review sessions are typically scheduled every 3-6-weeks, to give us the opportunity to troubleshoot anything that’s come up, build on your progress, and explore different tools from our nutrition and lifestyle toolkit. My goal is to empower you to feel confident managing your health independently, with knowledge and strategies you can carry with you for life. Typically, a summary of the session is sent on review appointments.

    Here, I can also write any correspondence needed to your healthcare providers.
